The invitation

Step away, and come back to yourself

Four days designed to restore balance in body, mind, energy and spirit — traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, sound healing, yogic philosophy and self-healing practices woven into one inner journey.

Inspired by the Pañcakośas (Five Sheaths) of the Taittirīya Upaniṣad, each day guides you through one layer of your being — from the physical body to the experience of inner peace and bliss.

Whether you seek emotional healing, deeper self-awareness or simply time to reconnect, you leave with practical tools for everyday life.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is this retreat for me?
It is for anyone who wishes to slow down, deepen their yoga and meditation practice, experience authentic yogic teachings, reduce stress, restore inner balance, explore healing beyond the physical body, and experience a profound inner transformation.
Do I need yoga experience?
No advanced yoga experience is required. Beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.
What is the wisdom behind Panchakosha Sādhana?

The five koshas originate from the Taittirīya Upaniṣad and are further explained in classical Vedānta texts such as the Tattvabodha of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya and the Pañcadaśī by Vidyāraṇya.

According to this timeless teaching, our true Self is hidden beneath five interconnected layers of existence: the physical body, the energy body, the mental body, the wisdom body and the bliss body. This retreat lets you experience these teachings directly — not only intellectually, but through your own lived experience.

What kind of food is served?
Nourishing sattvic vegetarian meals, prepared to support yogic practice, with fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the day.
